We are a mold inspection and testing company only! We are not a remediation company, so we don't profit from finding mold.

Below are the detailed steps followed in every assignment:
- Visual Inspection - A room-to-room search for visual microbial activity, water stains, moisture intrusion or musty odors.
- Sampling - If we suspect that an area such as a wall, windowpane, or piece of furniture is contaminated, we take a sample of the area.
- Testing and Reporting - After a full testing, reports are available in 24 hours.
- Recommendations and Removal - We will recommend a trustworthy remediation company for the mold removal procedures.
- Final Air Sampling - Air samples of the same rooms will be done after all mold-affected surfaces are cleaned or removed.
